How do I address inappropriate treatment at my workplace?

Category: Other

My job is GMP certified. Done solely by my aunt who is bestfriends with the company owner/boss. She completed getting them certified and received a pizza party for all here hard work.

The boss denies raises, and the company as absolutely no management.

If someone addresses an issue, the boss believes she is best friends with everybody so dismisses them.

Leaving my aunt who is manger dealing with harsh behavior from employees who receive no warnings or get fired.

She has absolutely no idea whats goin on in her company.

I am a daycare worker for her, and I was hired as a customer service representative.

I am not certified, and neither is the building.

Is there anyone I can contact to straighten the company out or possibly sue.

There are plenty more problems dealing with sexual harassment, bias toward by boyfriend because my relationship with the boss after tellin' her of the issues, also marijuana smoke from the bosses office- which she lives in, I've experienced the bosses screaming at eachother and bringing personal aspects into the workplace that make me uncomfortable.

I just got my hours cut for refusing to work with her new daycare worker who told me she hit one of the children. Can I sue or contact best buissness bureau or unemployment... Please any advice would help.

Thank you!
