How can you work under a different name but same SS number for a competitor of your current employer?

I am not trying to steal secrets... i was denied SSID because they said i could still work this one job i had right out of highschool, for an inventory service. I have gotten back on at the company but the thing is they don't allow you to work for a competitor. they pay minimum wage and only offer part time hours that arent guaranteed. Some weeks I am only getting 15 hours and i support myself... its not cutting it, i am so far in the red. How can i go to work for their competitor and not get caught?

If you work for a big company, they won't have the time to investigate unless you advertise it. Keep your mouth shut and you won't be found out. |

Employers are required to verify your identity and working status as part of hiring you; the form I-9 is linked below with details of required documents - a fake name won't work. You could try to get a job that isn't with a competitor or you could leave that employment experience off your resume, or you could just wing it and not tell your previous employer. |
