How can a guy, who studied only till high school, make a career?

I have a friend who is not physically strong (due to diseases). He didn't complete college (as he couldn't make enough effort needed to study and pass so many papers). But I should mention he is not dumb. He did good in school. So, he is left with only a high school certificate specializing in science. Now, none is ready to offer him a decent job without a college degree. On the other hand, he is not able to do odd jobs like other as he is not very strong. How can he make a career?
Please guys provide practical ideas. He needs help!

He could always go do an online college or community college. You'll be able to certify in a certain area usually as an assistant or technician things that won't require physical ability and you can make 40k to 65k a year. Ever think of radioligist technicianor nursing asistant? Maybe not the most glamorouse but they pay isnt that bad. If you have just given up on college all together even online ones theres still jobs out there. What about a real esate agent all you need is a highschool diploma although they do pay on commision typicially. But if he gets to be really good he could make a whole lot of moolah. All you need to do is a take a test to get your certificate usually agencies are hiring. Anyways I hope this helped a little bit with your friend. Good luck |
