How can I reimburse the money that I've paid to go for a job interview?

I had a job interview ( face to face) with a well known company about three weeks ago. They paid for my airfares and told me that I can reimburse the associated costs e.g. taxi once I send the related receipts. I wasn't successful for this position. I have sent off the receipts two days after the interview and followed up the case but no success so far.

Does anyone have any idea to help me out with this?

Reimbursement could take weeks if they have agreed to this. You didn't say what the outcome was when you followed up. ie: did they tell you how long it normally takes for a reimbursement to to finalised.etc
