How can I really stand out in my interview?

I have an interview today for what seems like a potentially perfect sort of job. (The work I want to do, good benefits, good location, etc.) I really want to do all I can to stand out and make myself shine so to speak, and just wanted to know if anyone has suggestions on what I can do to do that.

I'm definitely bringing a copy of my resume, plus I'm bringing printed references. I've done some research on the agency and am aware of the programs they offer and some unique aspects that I have that could benefit the programs (for example, one works specifically with artists and performers and I have an art background).

Is there anything else I can do to try and make myself stand out as good today?

Take a portfolio of your best art projects.

Have an answer when they ask you what you want to do, both in your first job and in five or ten years.
