How can I nail an interview?

I've been out of work for 2 months, I'm a very good worker, I do my job well, I have plenty of qualifications and experience, I just can't seem to get a job. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm trying to work at a bank, as a teller mind you, where tons of 18 yr olds work that don't have alot of experience, ( which I'm not mad at them, good for them) but I'm 24 with 4 yrs of college behind me.
I'm thinking it might be cuz i kinda look serious and don't smile enough, or that I get a little nervous, but I think I'm pretty confident in general. I'm pretty sure I answer all the scenario questions well that they ask.
but I have an interview coming up, and I really want to get a job!
does anyone have any tips?

Unfortunately jobs are really scarce right now and there are usually many qualified applicants for every opening. Just try to send out as many resumes as you can and if you do get an interview try to relax and come across as confident. |
