How can I get hired at Home Depot? Can't get a job at any Retailer?

I applied there more than a year ago and re-apply every month or more and I have never heard anything back. I've called the stores that applied and I've tried talking to the HR manager or Hiring manager and even asked for the Store Manager. They told me there are no longer HR managers in the sore and I can call 1866 number.... which is SOME BS...
I worked at Lowe's for 3 years and 4 months... I was a sales specialist is Inside Lawn and Garden for 8 months and I've worked in outside lawn and garden, millwork, Lumber / building materials , Hardware and tools... Also worked as a cashier? worked there from 01/2006 - 04/2009
Also currently work for a Landscaping company that is going out of business in a few months.
Whats the deal why is it so hard to get hired there with this much experiences?

Now and days its hard to say with the economy and it depends wehre you live and if they need you at the time and what you qualify for, hows your resume? is it neat? in order? does it speicify your skills, education, 3 positive things about yourself and your experiance? |
