How can I get a Job behind a Bar.?

Iv'e been looking for a Bar job for awhile now. My CV is up to scratch but employers want bar staff experience even though they advertised as "not necessary". Iv'e gotten interviews and they've all been put off at the fact I don't have experience in a bar. You have to start somewhere right ?

Keep trying .. to get started, typically you will have to focus on the 'low end' of the market where jobs are offered at the back door & payment is cash in hand ... |
