How can I avoid seeing people I know while at work...at the strip club...?

I have been trying to support my daughter with my full time job as a Clerk, but the bills are adding up, and I have no way to give her the life she deserves. I have a good body and have taken dance classes before so i dont think the work will be hard, I just want to maintain a good self image. Especially the people I work with during the day. I know they would judge and it would be difficult to be taken seriously for promotions and such, so I really have to keep things quiet. However a main quality in an exotic dancer is to be available to the public and have a persona. My question is how I make sure that my day job stays separate from my dancing and how I can keep it from the people i know?

Im not going to bash your decision. The only advice I can give you is to tell anyone you meet while you "work" is "if you tell, I tell". that and wear a lot of makeup so its harder to tell who you are.

Come up with a total alter ego for the strip club so no one would recognize you. Get a different color wig and different length and style (for example if you have short blonde hair, get a long wavy brown wig) colored contacts, and tons of Lady Gaga type makeup, false lashes, bright red lipstick if you dont normally wear it, no one will recognize you. And come up with a fake name of course.

You can sue them if they fire you over that.

And since your a stripper you can save up enuf money for a good lawyer.
