I am 16 and this summer i am being a nanny for a family. it is part time. monday wednesday and Friday 9-3 ... theres 2 kids, one is in fifth and the other in 3rd. I know CPR, they have a pool. I will be expected to cook lunches and take them places in my car. they asked me to come up with an hourly wage then we'd negotiate from there. what do ya think???

Hi..

I would be researching on a job website in your country to find out what a nanny gets per hour.

Then once you have this info, I would get my family to help me arrange a reasonable wage per hour...that way you can be certain that the family does not rip you off $$ and take advantage of you as your 16.

Just googled these, as they may help you. The second one is American but in more detail..I am sure you can calculate $$ in your currency.
