Hi, I'm just after a little CV help?

I'm doing my 'Key Skills' section, and my three main categories are:

Numeracy and literacy skills

Communication skills

Handling pressure

I'm applying for a Summer Internship in the finance industry, and so I have tried to make my educational descriptions and work experience as relevant as possible to the internship. However, would bullet points and statements suffice or would description of examples for each category be better because it would give more insight into my overall good qualities?

I would keep it as bullet points - employer hate clustered busy CVs. They will ask you to elaborate on your CV in the interview so just make sure you have plenty of real lfie examples to back it up.

It depends on their hiring process. Some jobs hire strictly on the CV, which means you'll want to use a clear and detailed description. If you think they will interview you later, you'll want to leave the detailed descriptions to the interview, so you will actually have talking points instead of reiterating the info you've already given them.
