Help with rude work colleagues....?

I need some serious advice. I have just started a new job. My new colleagues are very hostile to me, they are trying to ridiculize everything I do and yesterday one of them was very very rude with me...
I cant tell my manager as he is the type that doesnt want problems and he is not going to do anything about it...I am not going to any union rep and I cant leave my job either as I need it..
I just want some advice on how to behave with them without losing it and how I can to survive there...shall just ignore them??I dont feel like talking to them...

You didn't give any details about this. Maybe you're too sensitive or maybe an entire group of adults are all rude. Hard to tell what's happening here. In any case you need to either blow it off or confront each of them. I can tell you that it's absolutely no fun bullying someone who really doesn't give a crap so maybe you should just not give it much thought. When people know they can get to you they will terrorize you. If you don't care they don't waste their time. |

You need to always project a calm and unaffected manner. If you refuse to react, they will get tired of being childish. Be friendly, courteous and at all times do a good job. It is hard for people to criticize someone who is doing a good job. |
