Help..? Need some advice about working with animals/?

I turn 17 at the end of this month, I'm unemployed and not in education. I dropped out of school when I was 14. Before I finished school, I only did two exams which were Maths and English and got A-C. I've only recently started thinking about what I really want to do with my life, and it's to work with animals but I have no idea how to do this. I went to College for 4 months but studying Fashion and i don't really want to go back. I'm doing some kinda of wildlife voluntary work this Summer. What else can I do to have a better chance in getting to work with animals? I don't want to be a vet but something like working in a Zoo sounds really good, I just love animals too much.

You can do an animal care course... that will then enable you do access a "higher" level course... something like vet nurse. you can do a BETEC in animal care... |

There are loads of potential problems for teenagers in work, many of them legal, parents are required to be careful about that. There is loads of guidance from the resource in the box below on this topic, they also have guidance for all peeps who are hunting for work, or who are required to change careers. |
