I'm 17 and going in for my first job interview at Kohl's...

I need some advice, tips...? What sort of questions would they be asking me? Thanks :)

They will ask you what are your best qualities?

then they will ask what are your worst qualities?

this is actually a trick question and you MUST turn your worst quality into something they will benefit from

Why do you wanna work here?

where do you see yourself in five years?

What hours/days u can work?

Make sure you are dressed properly and neatly. they always ask why do you want to work here

What days and hours are you available. Do you have transportation

(Unlike the other answer, I do not recommend trying too hard to make a weakness into a strength - for example, "I just work too darned hard, because I care too much about my employer's business." That seems artificial, self-serving, and transparent.)
