Guys how do you handle working for a female boss?

I just started a new job and my boss is a female. And she has emotional mood swings all the time. Literally she will be stressing out about something or maybe she is PMSing I don't know. But anyways she will call me in her office and yell at me about something that is not even remotely important. Then the next day she will call me in her office and apologize. She almost starts crying saying that she didn't mean to yell at me yesterday. I have been working here for 3 months and this has happened about 7 times. Its to the point that when she yells at me I don't even take her seriously or even try to argue. I just say yes its my fault sorry. I feel like I'm f***ing married to this women. If I really do screw up on something important I won't even notice because she is nuts. I have talked to other guys that work for female bosses and they said the same thing. So guys how do you deal with your female boss who cant control her emotions?
