Giving notice whilst on a Temporary contract?

I started a job in April and I am only on a 3 month temporary trial like everyone else but does that mean that I have to stay the whole time? Another employer and owner told me that within the first 3months i don't need to give notice, what's you advice? I'm not that keen on the job and I don't need it seeing as I'm still at school/college..

I would give notice. You don't have to stay the whole time, but it would only be professional of you to let your employer know you no longer desire to work there. If you don't, then you could be ineligible to ever work for that company,or any of their subsidiaries, again. |
