Enterprise back ground check?

I interviewed with Enterprise Rental on Tuesday and the AM had me fill out a background authorization form. He told me that they come back in 2-3 days later however he has seen one take longer. Should I wait till Monday to call and check on the status or should I call today? Also, what does Enterprise specifically look for in a background check. I do not have a criminal record and my driving record is spotless. The only issue is my credit....which I feel should be made illegal for them to check unless the position involves dealing with money i.e. working at a bank.

Anyways, after my background check comes back will I have any other problems being made an offer?

Your background check will include whatever is legal in the state that you would be working in. It would include a credit check if it was legal, Enterprise wanted it, and you signed off on it when you signed off on the background check. If you have a copy of what you signed you can read through it to see what it includes.

And if you are talking about Enterprise Car Rental, and are working in a rental office, you will be dealing not only with money, but personal financial information (credit cards, drivers licenses, checking account #'s, etc.)
