You did something wrong somewhere and the EDD has decided to cut off your unemployment benefits. You won't be eligible to re-apply for benefits until you've earned $2,250 or more in a job which is covered by unemployment insurance (in other words, not an under-the-table job and not self employment).

If you honestly don't know what you did wrong, call the EDD and ask them. But they should have told you before they cut you off.

Note: if you never even were deemed eligible for UI benefits to begin with, then you were fired for cause by your former employer and will, again, have to earn at least $2,250 at a covered job.
