Well you cant get a proper job till your sixteen but you can do paper work or send newspapers to peoples house. just find an area near you or go to a local shop they soetimes have it. you can even try babysitting go on jobsites or you can post your own ad telling people your looking to babysit

Mow lawns? You probably won't get a job at 13, it's a known fact. The minimum job requirement at most employment agencies is 15/16, and for that you need a job license until your 18 which you must do for every job until then, resulting in a lot of paperwork for both you and your employer, lessening your chances.

Unless you're doing modeling or singing or acting, you cant actually get a real job if you're under sixteen. sixteen is the legal age to get a job other then those three. so you could do small stuff like lemonade stands. plus you don't really need a job if you're thirteen but oh well. =D
