Doctor vs. Marine Biologist vs. Musician?

I'm 15 years old and not sure what I want to do when I get older. I know I have a lot of time, I just like to be prepared in advanced. These 3 careers interest me alot. I've done alot of research but still can't figure out which one I want to do (not limited to these). I have a 4.45 GPA, play seven instruments, speak fluent French and Spanish, love the ocean, watch a lot of medical shows and was selected to intern at a hospital for 9 weeks. Can someone shorten the pro's and cons of these lists for me? I tend to think broadly on these types of things. Also if you have any other career suggestions I'll gladly take them!

Doctor is a lot of hard work and it's going to be expensive to pay for insurance. Marine biologist have limited opportunities and it can be a boring job. Musician is limited pay and you probably won't find a career in your field.

I'd go for the doctor as you have the most options. Personally, I'd go for a nurse anesthesiologist as it has less schooling and is still over a hundred thousand.

Odds are, you'll end playing music for fun and wind up being a Spanish teacher.

Biology is enjoyable, while in medicine, depending on the type you choose to practice, you can have a higher salary.
