Today was my first day of work training it went well and all but in a month I need to miss 2 days of work for religious reasons. Im scared the manager is gonna be mad that on my 2nd day of work im already asking for days off...im real nervous about telling my manager tomorrow cause she can be a little mean at times...:/ do you guys think this can get me fired? thanks

For valid religious reasons you should not get fired. But you should have discussed this matter upon hire. |

You MUST inform you Manager of your Religious issue BEFORE taking the days off = it's illegal to fire you for religious reasons (once they know) but you might well be fired for failing to turn up for work (if you don't tell them) |
