I have applied i swear to god to every store in the local mall. and i cannot get a job!!
do they even check online application?
and if they don't, how to not be nervous or shy and embarrassed to apply instore.
its my first job, so i dont have a good resume.
do i take in a resume to give to them?

Honestly--probably not. A large portion never make it to a human. Most are scanned for key words and other criteria by a computer. then from those a very few will be sent to another person to review. then from those an even smaller amount will get sent to the hiring supervisor. then from those they select the ones to call for the interview. Several hundred applications are put in online for 1 opening and the fate of your application rests with of a piece of software. |

Its very important to have an appropriate resume, so first prepare a resume for the job you are applying for.Then apply for the job.Just search for the jobs online too.But your resume should be good enough too seek employers attention. |
