I've read recently that the Objective is often ignored by hiring managers. However, it can be specific without naming the company. You don't have to write "I want to obtain a full-time position at Disneyland." and then change it to Knotts when you apply there. You could write something like: "To obtain a challenging position with an entertainment company that allows me to continue to grow my creative skills."

Keep your objective simple. most companies don't care about your future goals, they just want to know how you can specifically be an asset to them. for ex. objective: To obtain a permanent full time (or part time) position
