I just had an interview with Macy's for a retail support associate position, and I'm not sure if I was hired or not. The woman said that she had a position open, and will call me back for "on call training and paperwork". Does that mean that I have the job?
Also, she said the position was "on call", but I don't know what that means. Anyone who works at Macy's know what on-call is?

"on call" means that if someone is sick or doesn't turn up, they will call you up to fill in for them. |
