Debating career fields? what kind of job would this be?

I think that i want to be involved with something to do with water, soil, and downsizing to make people cooperate more to share things better. something to do with earth resolution, and keeping the earth alive and healthy.
i believe people would become healthier this way too, not reproduce so much, have greedy fights, nations would support themselves and get out of debt, more things would be done at home, like farming and stuff would come back.
so that's kind of what i'm looking at and also making people compromise, the relationships aspect. like working out peace negotiations and stuff.
