Could I get a job with just getting degrees in Psychology?

I know I probably sound silly, but I've been thinking about my future and college and such. And I wanna do things that I will be happy and have a good time learning and getting a career in. I already know I'm going to a beauty college near here and i'm taking cosmetology and then massage therapy. But I've always been curious about psychology and I know a lot of people say its hard but its something I'd be interested in getting maybe even a PhD in psychology. But I was curious if I just took psychology what sort of job could I get? Or would I have to specifically chose some sort of career and take other classes than just psychology?

A lot. I'm doing job hunting for a while now and many big companies want employees with psychology major, to work in Human Resource department, Law and all the filing, and many other sections. Other could be; Psychologist where you can earn good bucks, school counselor, and don't forget consultant companies. Go for it! I wish I took psychology too when I was in college. |
