Career crisis: what should I do?

I've been working as an English as a Foreign Language teacher at a private language school for foreigners for the past few years.

And now, in my mid-20s, I'm having a career crisis. I love what I do and I think that if I were to continue in a state school I would like it very much. BUT, I think I would get tired of it after a while.

I don't know what else I could do.

I was thinking about doing things in immigration (like working for a charity for asylum seekers) or being a social worker (which would also be super-hard work).

Generally, I like to work with foreigners but on my own in an office (I dont like team projects) and I want to have a fulfilling job.

Please, does anyone else have any other ideas? I need all the help I can get.
