Career choice and college major help?
I'm about to begin my senior year of high school and I will have to start applying to colleges soon. I've been planning on getting a chemical engineering degree for awhile now, but I'm beginning to second guess my abilities. Sad, I know. Seeing how I am perfectly fluent in two languages, I've been thinking that maybe there's a job out there that can provide me with a great income in the future, while giving me the opportunity to use the skills I already possess. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
I do love science and math, but I'm afraid I may not be able to perform at the level of an engineer. I am also not interested in becoming a lawyer or a teacher.

I would suggest not specializing. |

If you are good in math a IT career would be good. Also an accountant is excellent if numbers are your thing. Now in mean time while going to school you can make residual income by talking to others. With the college arena there are a plethora of prospects there that are crazy about this business. Data collection and entry is a huge business. You can have a home based business and get tax benefits by simply entering 10 license plates a month. It is a great way to earn extra income and only takes a few minutes a month. If you are interested for more info msg. me. |
