Also, what is the dress code for being a night auditor and where is a good website to find a (part time) night auditor job?

Well lookie' here, I happen to be a night auditor on my shift right now. Yes, you can be a night auditor part-time. The dress code depends on the size and ranking of the property. For something with less than 300 rooms, something small like a Econolodge or a Days Inn, most will allow you to wear jeans and a t-shirt if you want (since you won't really have much to do with quests during your shift). For a larger, more expensive place like a Hilton or Double Tree, you would need to wear dress pants and either a company polo shirt or a dress shirt and tie (it varies). I would recommend you try out this job with a Rodeway Inn or an Econolodge. These are both part of the Choice Hotels franchise and have an extremely easy to use operating system. The audit itself only takes about 5 - 10 minutes with these smaller properties, and you pretty much have the rest of the night to do school work, study, read, watch a movie from Netflix, do anything you want really. It's a great way to earn some cash (the average rate for a small property night auditor, depending on the state, is between $9 - $12 per hour, and for a larger property ranges from $12 - $15 per hour), and have free time to get other things done.
