Can my manager make me assistant manager with no raise?

I worked for this company for 7 years. I went from a regular employee to assistant manager with no raise. Is this right? Do I have a right to complain?

Complain. raise in a position co-equals raise in pay. you'll like stupid if otherwise, your employer is picking on you, don't be stupid. |
