¢ Process all guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests.

¢ With guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns, follow up to ensure each as been met to guests satisfaction.

¢ Operate telephone switchboard station in related to placing or receiving telephone calls.

¢ Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest.

¢ Count and secure bank at beginning and end of each shift; processing all payment types paids outs, charges, and provide change.

All of your points begin with a verb except the second one. The second one should have the same format as the others so change the second bullet point to read:

*Follow up guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns to ensure each has been met to guest's satisfaction. (note 'guests' has been changed to 'guest's')

Last point should read:

*....process all payment types and provide change. (I think 'paids out' sounds odd. Since your point starts with "count" and not "counting" you should end with "process" and not "processing so that your verbs agree)

Also, eliminate the periods because they are points and not complete sentences.

Looks good.

Get rid of the periods at the end though. They aren't sentences, but besides that, everything seems problem free!
