Can a 13 year old get a work permit before his birthday?

Ok i am 13 and my birthday is April 29 so I live in hawaii where minors 14 and 15 are allowed to work.
However I am not sure if they will let me get a permit even though im close to turning 14.
So am I allowed to get a permit even though im close to being 14?
also my birthday gift is that I get to work

I wouldn't click on those links if I were you. Also, I don't think you can get the permit until you turn 14. Just wait the ten days and then apply. |
