Can I get a part time job for 2 weeks?

Category: Other

..

What sorts of jobs can I do for 1-2 weeks in mid June in Miami that are part time (10-15 hrs per week)? That pays $8-12 per hour.

Where can I look for these jobs (craigslist etc?)

Pls no internet scam postings.

Probably none if they know you're going to quit after 2 weeks. I'd apply for one and not tell them you're only looking for 2 weeks then just quit. I know it sounds mean but like employers care these days with the recession about the employees so...just apply and don't tell them until the day you quit.

The only sort of job that you could do for 2 weeks would likely be service work. i.e doing a specific job desired by someone (house-sitting, fixing a copier, etc), also you could work as one of those guys that holds up the advertisement signs outside of stores, hooker's usually have sort lived careers, umm you could look into organized crime maybe haha

basically it is difficult for an employer to see the value in hiring an employee for 2 weeks, maybe 2 months but 2 weeks is a very sort time frame. employers hire ppl based on the principle that they will be there for a while so they don't have a high turnover, but if you're there for only 2 weeks it takes the guess work out of who will stay or not, so they will likely not hire u unless it is under special circumstances.

have fun in miami

Try Opinionoutpost. This is my absolute favorite survey site and is the highest I've ever used as well. They pay you about $2.50 per survey for about (10 - 20 minutes of work). In 1 year I've made about $200, spending about 10 minutes a day doing surveys. Don't listen to people on here that tell you you can make $500 a week taking surveys. The money I make off of opinionoutpost is excellent side cash. Feel free to email me with any Q's.
