I have been at a job for three years that I kind of hate now. I feel I am not living my truth at this job. I haven't quit because I worry that our economy is bad, and I don't know if I would be able to find a new job. I am wondering if it is better to stick with a job I don't like because of the economy being bad, or if I should quit and risk being without work, but feel relieved? I also worry because I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I have sought psychotherapy and medication, but am not sure if I am ready for new work because I am scared I will still get panic attacks?
