Autozone Background Checks?

Can anyone shed some insight into how Autozone performs their background checks? What information will be available to them? Do misdemeanors show up? Will it disqualify a person from obtaining a position? How far back do they check?

It all depends on if they use an outside service or do it themselves, if they do themselves anything they find they can consider, typically seven years is the cut off |

Depends on your definition of "misdemeanors". Shoplifting, theft things of that nature are going to count heavily against you. Autozone probably has the same search as most places. They'll look for convictions, usually not arrests. Best way to pass a background check, stay out of trouble. Good luck. |
