Are you supposed to really be honest on pre employment tests?

They ask questions like, if your mother committed a crime, would you report her to the police?
If you found $100 and knew it belonged to the bank, would you return it?
Are they looking for a lie or the honest truth? I am confused by the motive? I answer honestly, I don't know if that is good or bad.

That is really good they would rather have an employee who isnt exactly perfect than someone who lied on their test. so its good that you told the truth. |
