Im applying for a job for the first time and i have noidea what to write for these two questions,

1- describe in 50 words or less your understanding of providing excellent sudtomer service

2- in 100 words or less outline what qualities you think you would need to offer good customer service

any answers or help at all would be greeaat thankyouu (:

1) I am assuming that the first statement was supposed to be "customer service"? Explain, basically, how you (as a customer) would prefer to be treated by a customer service agent and explain that's how you would treat your potential customers. For the 2nd statement; think of qualities such as good listener, quick learner, enthusiastic, customer satisfaction above all else, cheerful and cooperative personality, just really think hard and sell it :) Good Luck!
