Online, I am applying for a job.

On their FAQ page, they said they hire people at the age of 15 and up (I'm 15), but when I actually applied, I had to go to this agreement page, and there is a choice that says

"I am at least 18 years old"..

I have to click that option or else I can't apply...

Is it okay to lie in this case? It's a US law to discriminate against age right?

You should NEVER lie on a job application.

Since their site says they accept applicants of 15 or older, call them and ask how to proceed. It shows them you care enough to call and find out.

You should apply in person and let them know that you're not 18 because THEY will be in trouble if they hire you and you are underage. Age discrimination does NOT apply to minors.

No you can't lie on an application. There isn't any discrimination here. Sorry...
