One of the questions asks me 'What are some of your traits that makes you an ideal candidate for a customer service position'? I really dont know what to write.. Please help me..

Respect and Good people talking skills really just go off those two things. Those are the 2 things they look for as long as your good with people and you have good talking skills your qualified

You need to be friendly, approachable and helpful. Customers want to feel you will help them and respond to their needs, so those are the traits you need.

If you're going for a customer service position you need to be prepared to listen, be patient, assertive and have a sense of humour.
