Hi! I filled out my application on June 26th and had an interview on July 3rd. It all depends on whether or not the store you applied to is hiring or not. They keep the application on file for 90 days so that if they do start hiring, you'll still be in the running if they chose to hire the day you apply or 89 days after you apply. As for your age, ignore the other guy. I just got hired and sat in the CVS training class today and 16 year olds are able to work in CVS and sell liquor and tobacco. You must wear a special name tag, but you CAN WORK THERE :) Try calling the store and asking for the manager on duty and saying "Hi, My name is xxxxx. I applied online and I was calling to check on the status of my application" if they say they are not hiring let them know that you are enthusiastic about working for CVS and that you will be checking back in a few weeks. Make sure you ask for the manager's name and thank them for their time. CVS is all about customer service, so showing your personality, if you are nice that is, is very important!
