Any advice on anybody in getting a job right now?

Does anybody have any advice for me so I can get a retial job right now. just a non fast food retial job.

Be sure to use spell-check on your resume (it's "retail," not "retial").

Unless there are job openings available, getting a job may be hard. Employers look for relevant experience when hiring, so if you want a retail job that isn't in the fast food industry, you'll need related experience (fast food experience, if you have any, is relevant to general retail).

I think 80-90% of jobs aren't posted on the internet or on other job postings, so your best bet would be to go to the manager of a retail department and let him/her know that you're available to work. Put on a smile, shake the manager's hand before asking for a job, and then state your interest in getting work. Then tell him/her why you're better than anyone else and convince him/her that they won't regret hiring you.
