Im going for a Job that is Data Entry at a Warehouse, for Returned Drugs of a Pharmaceutical Nature.
I have a Weapons possession conviction from NJ from 2007.
Should i be afraid to ask my Employer Representative "What they look for" in a Record Check?
Or should i ask him "How the Process goes?" .. If they WAIT for the Background Check to come back, then i may have to be Truthful.
I just hoep he doesnt say "The Client cant hire you if you have blah blah blah.."
I ALMSOT wonde rif i should just LIE!! . btu hes hirign people for the "End of the Month" or "Beginning of Next." Im Taking my tests tomorrow...
They Do Drug, Aptitude, and Background.
I can "Pass" two of three.
What should i do?
