A job interview through yahoo instant messenger?

I saw a job on craigslist and sent my info, I received a reply but it was strange. Within the email it was stating that there was an online interview through yahoo instant messenger between a certain time frame tomorrow but I have a feeling that this may be a waste of time. Has there been any job where they conducted an online interview right after getting a resume? I never heard that before....advice please!
