A job for a teen at a dealership?

Hey, y'all i'm a seventeen year old and a senior in highschool. For my senior year, i'm doing this thing called co-op and i have to get a job, but i have NO ideas on where to get one. But i love cars and everything about new cars, so i was just wondering if i could maybe inquire about an internship or some kind of job at one of the dealerships in my town. So, what do you think? and how would i go about inquiring about one? thx so much for your help!

The only way to know for sure is to ask the dealerships. If you can, get the phone numbers of the dealerships online and call them. If not, just go to the stores and ask for the manager and explain your situtation about co-op. Or you can wait until senior year and ask your guidance counselor/advisor if they have any recommendations. Have you also thought about Mechanics? You might be able to work with a mechanic that can show you around, or even a gas station.
