The hours available or the shifts available -- example you need full time and they only give you part time or you need a particular shift and it is not available so you work another but it does not work out with your personal life example i worked midnights for 3 months had to quit job i could not sleep i was falling asleep at wheel and not seeing my kids i felt like a zombie |
