Retail jobs you can be a manager at with an associates degree that pay well?

Does anyone know some good stores? I just graduated with my associates in general studies. I have 5 years retail experience working at the same store (abercrombie). Unfortunatly they require 4 year degrees to become manager which I don't have the time for at this point. I know some places pay well nd require 4 year degrees and some pay crap and require nothing but experience. Is there something a little in between?

John, get out of the retail industry, especially stores located in malls. Trust me on this.... bad hours, too many hours, little pay. Look for another industry. For example, I know very young insurance agents who have a license but not an associate degree making up to 50K. Of course, they are good at what they do and it took them a little while to build up to it. I used to work retail when I was in high school and college. Here's the biggest lesson I learned.... never, ever work in retail again.

Continue your education. Google the difference in pay depending on your education level and how much extra you can earn during your lifetime and you might change your mind about continuing your studies. Good luck.

Good luck.
