I feel that my manager doesn't like me.,what should I do?

Ok basically I work at a retail store, It's my first ever job and I'm inexperienced. It's only been four shifts at work and I made a few mistakes(they are not serious AT ALL). My manager seems like she thinks I'm stupid or something because I was asking help on my THIRD time on the register. At one point, she said "I don't like you because you keep asking questions" when I only asked her a questions twice.

She didn't make any rude remarks to me or something like that but it really hurt me that she treated me like i wasn't part of the group. Ok, i know that the other people can do their job fast and efficient cuz they been here like at least a year, I've only been here for four days but a few tiny mistakes really shouldn't be enough for her to think lightly about me.

I really do think that as a newbie(this is my first job ever), I need her encouragement badly, if I make a mistake, I correct it, but if i do something right, it would really motivate me tremendously if she can give me at least a word of acknowledgment like 'it seems that you are getting on.' Every time I do something, she's like "No,why are you even doing that? Do something else." and she gave everyone else their fifteen at the same time and then gave me mines separately so I just sat by myself for fifteen minutes.

Anyway, sorry for the complaint, i just wanna ask you guys if it is possible to turn things around. I like this job as well as the people here including the manager.

Oh,and at one point when everyone was folding she said something like "One new cashier did a terrible job today,I think SHE is going to graduate to floor and FLOOR only, that's really bad"

and i was the only girl doing cashier so everyone knew she was talking about me....

I have three other manager's,should I talk to one of them about maybe getting extra cashier training so I don't get moved down to floor?

It doesn't sound like your manager has the best management skills, but that's the hand you've been dealt.

Don't talk to your other managers. Talk to her directly. Say exactly what you have told us. Tell her you want to get better at your job, you want to stay as a cashier, you want to be told when you've made mistakes (so you can correct them), but you also want to be complimented when you've done something right. Ask her directly: "what do I need to do to maintain my job as cashier?"

Don't stew about this on Yahoo Answers. It will only make things worse. Talk to your manager NOW.
