How do I get a patent?

I have a little invention but not exactly sure how to get a legit patent. I don't want something where someone is going to make money off my idea. Looking for something legit & not overpriced. Any body know how much this will cost me?

You should discuss your idea with a patent attorney. He can guide you for the best way to proceed with your idea. You will have to have complete patent drawings and a working prototype before you could apply for patent consideration. Good luck! |
