You need to dig deeper and find out why the carrier denied liability. Your employer cannot accept liability unless they are legally uninsured or self insured. If you have a separate carrier (as opposed to simply a third party administrator) handling this claim, then liability determinations rest with them. That said, it is a good thing to have an employer on your side.

The carrier can deny your claim for various reasons. Among them, outside the scope of your job duties, caused during horseplay, initial aggressor, and many others. They can also delay your claim for further discovery.

1) Find out the reason for denial

2) Pay close attention to timelines to file a court claim within your state. A denial typically starts the statute of limitations.

Its the responsibility of the empoloyer to take care of its employess so the claim will be paid by the employers or buy the Insurance company

So contact with your admin manager or Human resource manager

Depending on where you are the laws vary. In most US states there are a set of laws that deal with what is covered and what isn't under the state's workers compensation law. The WC carrier is responsible for paying all claims that fall under covered and barred from paying claims that aren't. So unless your employer wants to pay out of their pocket there is little they can do.
