What exactly does a corporate lawyer do?

Hey Guys,
I was wondering what exactly a corporate lawyer does? I am planning to do a major in Economics and minor in finance to pursue in corporate law but what work entails to it? Is it mainly paperwork? are there any trials in the court? It would be great if anyone could help me out

Handles all the legal work for that corporation. Can handle mergers, taxes and defending the corporation in court. Yes especially with governments suing corporations left and right |
